Total Technology has a full-time position available, in Picatinny Arsenal, for a Help Desk Analyst with 2-4 years of experience. This person will provide project support for financial management services at Picatinny Arsenal. The candidate will be involved in all phases of the program.
Perform helpdesk duties for both General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)
Training users on common users with both systems
Updating/writing documentation and guides for troubleshooting common issues
Performing general administrative duties for both GFEBS and LMP
Creating/managing user accounts and performing yearly account audits/reviews
Managing year-end and year-start system function (e.g. WBS rebuilds, yearly reports)
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of help desk experience
Expert knowledge of both GFEBS and LMP required
Basic understanding of ATAAPS, PADDS, DTS required
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team
Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
