Help Desk Analyst

Location: Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey
Employment Type: Full-Time

Total Technology has a full-time position available, in Picatinny Arsenal, for a Help Desk Analyst with 2-4 years of experience. This person will provide project support for financial management services at Picatinny Arsenal. The candidate will be involved in all phases of the program.


  • Perform helpdesk duties for both General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)

  • Training users on common users with both systems

  • Updating/writing documentation and guides for troubleshooting common issues

  • Performing general administrative duties for both GFEBS and LMP

  • Creating/managing user accounts and performing yearly account audits/reviews

  • Managing year-end and year-start system function (e.g. WBS rebuilds, yearly reports)


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-4 years of help desk experience

  • Expert knowledge of both GFEBS and LMP required

  • Basic understanding of ATAAPS, PADDS, DTS required

  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and relationship skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team

  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Please note that US Citizenship is required to work on a military installation.
